		<description>Hi Bud!  I read several different articles related to core muscles, core stability, and core strengthening after seeing you the other night.  Amazingly enough, every article says something different.  There is no real &quot;right&quot; answer to defining core as far as I see.  I guess one can pick and choose different ideas that seem to work with their individual fitness regime and overall personal needs.  The good news is as long as one conducts exercises properly and doesn&#039;t get hurt.......any one is better than none!!!!!!  Have a great night.
