H.A.R.M.

You often hear about avoiding H.A.R.M. to sports related injuries.

H.A.R.M is an acronym that stands for things to avoid:

  • Heat,
  • Alcohol,
  • Running and,
  • Massage

Here is a useful poster that you can print for your own use or your clubs and sporting organisation.
