Neck Rotators Stretch

To relieve the heaviness and tightness on your shoulder and neck that is caused by poking the chin out.
Instructions
-
In sitting, slowly turn your head and look to the right until your chin is parallel with your right shoulder.

Do not turn your shoulders. You will feel a stretch along the side of your left neck.

Hold for 20s. Return to upright position. Repeat three each side.
