Shoulder Joint Stretch

To relax the tight arm muscles that is caused by too much clicking, typiing, writing and slouching at the desk.

 

Instructions

  • In sitting, straighten your arm out in front of you and pull your arm across the chest and close to the body. Feel the stretch at the back of the shoulder joint.

  • Hold for 20s. Repeat three times on each side.
