Upper Neck Stretch

To relieve the heaviness and tightness on your shoulder and neck that is caused by poking the chin out.

Instructions

  • In sitting, keep your back straight, pull your chin toward your chest.

  • Place your right palm on the top of your head, gently pull your head down slight until you feel a stretch along the upper part of your neck.

  • Hold for 20 seconds.Return to upright position. Repeat three each side.
